The Guide

Why cycle?

Environmentally friendly. Less cars = less pollution and less congestion. A car travelling 40 miles a week burns around a tonne of CO2 every year.

-Good for you. A little regular exercise does amazing things for your body.

-Quick. Quicker than bus, often quicker than a car! Cyclists can travel from Fishponds to Town in around 25 minutes- try walking to the bus stop, waiting for a bus and actually getting there in twice that time.

-Clear your head before/after a long day at uni.
