Amendment, Interpretation, Revocation and Transition

19. Amendment

Following consultation with the Student Representative Council, Sports Council , and the Activities Council , the Board of Trustees may submit proposals for amendment of this Constitution to the Board of Governors of the University. This Constitution may only be amended by the approval of the Board of Governors of the University.

Following consultation with the Student Representative Council , Sports Council, and the Activities Council, the Board of Trustees may amend the laws appended to this Constitution provided always that such amendments are notified to the Board of Governors of the University.

20. Interpretation

In the event of a dispute as to the interpretation of this Constitution and Laws the Chairperson of the Board of Trustees shall issue a ruling subject to confirmation at the next meeting of the Board of Trustees.

21. Revocation and Transition

On the adoption of this Constitution and Laws all previous constitutions rules and laws are revoked.
