Motions are a vital tool to get policies and proceedures that you want through Sports Council and supported by the Students' Union.
To ensure that agendas for the upcoming Councils are available for all attendees a week before the Council, all motions must be submitted 10 days before the date of the Council. This allows us to check the motions and ensure that we are able to carry through with the motion's proposals should be voted through (e.g. if there are any legal issues, or aconflicts with the SU constitution)
