Assistant Catering Manager

As Assistant Catering Manager, you will have responsibility for the day-to-day running of the two kitchens on our Frenchay campus. Duties will include, organising menus, staff rotas, daily specials and kitchen hygiene, health & safety.
We are looking for a highly motivated individual to lead the way forward with hands on approach who can demonstrate control under pressure. You will need a suitable catering qualification and a minimum of two years supervisory experience in a similar environment.

Part-Time EPOS Assistant

This role is part of a small EPOS team providing support for bars and shops across 4 campuses.
Duties include assisting the EPOS engineer with data input, stocktaking and investigation.
You will need to be computer literate, self-motivated and possess excellent time management skills. Experience within a retail or bar environment and stock control experience are desirable. However, more important is the ability to learn new skills and work in a busy customer-focused environment.

This role aims to support & increase participation in student sports at both a representative & recreational levels. Understanding of how to co-ordinate & deliver sporting programmes plus experience of developing & supporting activity leaders to organise & manage events is desirable. Candidates must also demonstrate excellent time management & prioritisation skills, an understanding of student interests & current issues within sport plus strong IT skills.
